Meet the Goals of the EETT Program
A ProjectLearn Academy helps you implement a 21st-century classroom approach meeting the requirements of the Enhancing Education Through Technology grant program.
  • Improve student achievement through the effective use of technology by focusing on skills participants can immediately use in their classrooms.
  • Ensure that all students become technologically literate by the end of the eighth grade by training educators to integrate technology into their classroom curriculum.
  • Integrate technology into teacher training and curriculum development by helping educators develop units of study that use technology to facilitate content learning.
  • Implement research-based instructional methods by exploring instructional strategies that have been demonstrated to boost student achievement.
Participants learn to engage students in the curriculum by combining student-directed technology projects with rigorous academics.
ProjectLearn Outcomes
As a result of attending a ProjectLearn Academy, educators will be able to:
  • Write essential questions and authentic tasks.
  • Design effective and rigorous technology-infused lessons.
  • Create appropriate formative assessments.
  • Manage and implement complex technology projects.
  • Engage learners through student-centered technology projects.
